Io Sposa
La Bella Principessa a Milano Presents:
In the beginning of October we went to Io Sposa, wedding expo here in Fiera Milan. As a fashion designer I am always interested in seeing everything new and seeking interesting ideas. One day I will get married as well, so why not. I was thrilled with all the exhibitors. There were so many beautiful things that I saw and I got to taste.
I wanted to take much more pictures, but I got slightly cold feet after hearing live violin trio play the wedding march and right after that somebody harassing to take “the” wedding picture. I honestly don`t know what happened, but I couldn`t breathe well afterwards. I am not getting married yet, not even planning the wedding. Sorry Daddy! (I did check the dates 10.10.2010 and 11.11.2011 though… just in case.) ;o)
I have never seen a flash of me getting married in a church or walking down the altar. I have always dreamed of a wedding by the water… white sand and bare feet or then a green park by the water. I want to have white tents, white flowers and when the evening sets down candles, hundreds of candles everywhere. I would also like to keep the guest list minimal, but I guess that isn`t gonna happen, right?
All right, back to dreaming of the perfect wedding by the beach with only my Amore, the closest friends and the family present. I am afraid that I might have to give in one day, if my future husband insists to see his Love of life walking down the altar. You might get lucky Daddy!
Amore, if it needs to be a real church, could it be the Duomo of Milan? ;o)
